About Us:
We are a busy, customer-focused automotive dealership looking for a motivated and dependable individual to join our Service Department team. This position plays an important role in supporting daily operations, ensuring customers have a positive experience from start to finish. The ideal candidate is friendly, organized, and eager to grow within the dealership — starting as an assistant and learning the ins and outs of service operations, with opportunities to advance.
Key Responsibilities:

Greet customers arriving for service appointments and ensure they are directed to the appropriate staff member

Answer and route incoming service department calls in a professional and timely manner

Assist the Service Manager and Advisors with daily workflow and administrative tasks

Conduct customer follow-up calls and schedule service appointments as needed

Support warranty processing and documentation

Help maintain service records and organize repair orders

Provide general assistance in coordinating vehicle check-ins and workflow between departments

Maintain a clean, professional, and welcoming service area for customers
Requirements:

Must be at least 21 years old

Excellent communication and multitasking skills

Professional appearance and positive attitude

Ability to work in a fast-paced dealership environment where priorities shift quickly

Must be able to sit, stand, walk, reach, talk, and hear regularly

May occasionally need to stoop, kneel, crouch, and lift up to 40 lbs

Valid driver’s license and insurable driving record required
