Job DescriptionWe are looking for a dedicated HR Coordinator to join our team on a contract basis in Everett, Massachusetts. This role focuses on providing essential support across human resource functions, with an emphasis on onboarding, compliance, and administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will bring a detail-oriented approach and a strong understanding of HR practices to help ensure smooth operations.

Responsibilities:
• Coordinate and oversee onboarding processes for new hires, ensuring a seamless transition into the organization.
• Manage procedures to verify compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
• Provide administrative support across various HR functions, including documentation and record-keeping.
• Utilize HRIS systems to maintain accurate employee data and generate reports as needed.
• Monitor and enforce HR compliance standards, ensuring adherence to regulations and internal policies.
• Collaborate with team members to streamline HR operations and improve efficiency.
• Address employee inquiries related to HR policies and procedures, providing clear and accurate information.
• Assist in organizing training sessions and development programs for employees.
• Support the implementation of HR initiatives and projects to meet organizational objectives.• Proven experience in human resources coordination or a similar role.
• Familiarity with onboarding processes and related protocols.
• Proficiency in using HR information systems (HRIS) for data management.
• Strong understanding of HR compliance standards and regulations.
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
