Job DescriptionWe are looking for a dedicated Customer Experience Specialist to join our team in Walpole, New Hampshire. In this role, you will focus on delivering exceptional service to both online and in-store customers. As this is a Contract to permanent position, it offers an excellent pathway for career growth within our organization.

Responsibilities:
• Provide outstanding support to customers in both online and retail settings, ensuring their satisfaction and addressing any concerns.
• Handle customer inquiries through email, phone, and other communication channels with professionalism and efficiency.
• Collaborate with departments such as Shipping, Production, and Factory teams to resolve issues and enhance the customer experience.
• Work closely with the E-Commerce team and retail staff to address discrepancies and resolve complaints.
• Utilize NetSuite or similar order entry systems to process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Troubleshoot connectivity or technical issues that may impact customer service operations.
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and resolutions.
• Stay informed about company products, policies, and services to provide accurate information to customers.
• Identify opportunities to improve customer processes and implement solutions in collaboration with the team.• At least 1 year of experience in customer service, preferably in a call center or retail environment.
• Proficiency in handling multiple browsers and navigating online systems for order processing.
• Strong skills in email correspondence and effective communication.
• Demonstrated ability to resolve customer issues and ensure customer success.
• Experience troubleshooting connectivity challenges and technical issues.
• High attention to detail and organizational skills to manage customer interactions and records.
• Familiarity with NetSuite or similar order entry systems is highly preferred.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
