SCHEDULE: 40 hours, Monday – Friday, 8:30am – 5:00pm or equivalent. On call 24/7
Pays $77,417.60 annually DOE
LOCATION: 82 Green Street, Jamaica Plain, MA
Plus travel to other PSI locations and scattered site housing units in the Greater Boston area
The Property Management Housing Administrator is a non-essential position in the event of weather or other emergencies and will work a hybrid schedule.
SUMMARY OF THE POSITION:
The Property Management Housing Administrator oversees the tactical property management aspect of Pine Street Inn Housing, serving as the liaison between landlords, the property management team, and the support services team. The Property Management Housing Administrator is responsible for managing the unit acquisition and subsequent occupancy process, ensuring compliance with all public and private funding requirements, acting as the primary advocate in the legal process, and assisting in the day-to-day operations of the Pine Street Housing programs.

REQUIRED:
- Bachelor’s degree
- A valid Massachusetts driver’s license in good standing
PREFERRED:
- Bi-lingual –Spanish/English
- Masters Degree
KNOWLEDGE/EXPERIENCE:
REQUIRED:
- Experience working in housing with formerly homeless individuals with complex disabilities
- Minimum of two (2) years property management experience
- Minimum of two (2) years supervisory experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, etc.).
PREFERRED:
- Experience in providing supportive housing
- Experience working with chronically homeless individuals in Housing First programs and strong commitment to the Housing First and Harm Reduction approach
- Experience with HMIS systems and property management software.
- Two (2) years property management experience with Certified Occupancy Specialist or Affordable Housing Manager Certification or equivalent
