Material Coordinator (7-10 month contract)
Location: Waltham, MA (Hybrid / 3 days on-site weekly)

Company Description:
We are currently working with a 100+ year-old Consumer Packaged Goods organization that has embarked upon a substantial supply chain system transformation. To help ensure on-going success, they are looking for a Material Coordinator to backfill a team member going onto the project. This is a contract position that will last up to 10 months.
Position Description:
This person will be responsible for managing daily transactions within the co-manufacturing network. They will work proactively and cross-functionally with internal and external stakeholders to process receipts, production, and shipping transactions.
- Execute co-manufacturing production batches.
- Process internal and external receiving and shipping transactions.
- Participate in process improvement projects and ad hoc analysis as required.
- Perform other analytical tasks and/or related duties as assigned.
Background Required:
- 1-3 years of experience in Supply Chain, preferably in a Supply Chain Planning or Material Planner role.
- Strong communicator with skills to work cross-functionally on multiple levels with the plants, co-manufacturers, sourcing, and planning, as well as work independently.
- Proven organizer with skills and ability to perform with urgency and accuracy while managing competing priorities and demands.
- Strong quantitative and analytical skills.
- Curious in nature and problem solver.
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite; Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint a must.
- Proficient in Supply Chain concepts.
