Amphenol Pcd is looking for a Product Specialist to join our products team in Beverly, MA. This role supports both tactical execution and strategic initiatives within the product management team. As a key contributor, you’ll take ownership of monthly order targets, manage pricing strategies, and interface with customers and internal stakeholders on technical and commercial matters. This position offers a clear pathway to future growth in product management.

Job Summary:

The Product Specialist will assist the product team in achieving tactical, strategic, and product development goals. This includes managing competitive pricing, reviewing contracts, supporting customers, and maintaining accurate product and pricing documentation. Product Specialists are considered subject matter experts in their assigned product lines and are expected to contribute to both current objectives and long-term planning.

Essential Functions:

  • Assist in forecasting and achieving monthly order targets.

  • Analyze sales trends, point-of-sale (POS) data, and inventory usage to support business decisions.

  • Maintain standard price lists and respond to special pricing requests.

  • Track and manage Long Term Agreements (LTAs).

  • Provide general product knowledge support to customers and the sales team.

  • Triage customer issues and coordinate follow-up actions.

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with Amphenol Sales and Distribution partners through training and visits.

  • Maintain and enhance product-related sales collateral.

  • Additional duties as assigned.

Required Skills / Qualifications:

  • 1+ years of experience in a sales, product support, or technical marketing role.

  • Self-motivated with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.

  • Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.

  • Excellent time management and follow-through with a strong sense of urgency.

  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.

  • Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced, high-pressure, results-oriented environment.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).

  • Associate’s Degree, or equivalent work experience. BSME preferred.
