Our client, a growing technology manufacturing company in Littleton, MA, is seeking a Bookkeeper to oversee daily financial operations including accounting, payroll, and reporting. This role also provides administrative support to ensure smooth and efficient business operations.
Work Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00AM-4:30PM

Responsibilities:
Accounting & Finance
- Manage day-to-day accounting: AP, AR, and general ledger.
- Prepare monthly/quarterly financial statements and reports.
- Process journal entries, accruals, and expense allocations.
- Support month-end close and maintain accurate financial records.
- Administer payroll and coordinate with external payroll providers.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls and assist with audits.
- Generate reports and dashboards using SAP Business One (SAP B1)
- Reconcile balance sheets, bank accounts, and inventory transactions.
Administrative Support
- Perform general administrative tasks as needed to support business operations.
Qualifications:
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office.
- Stable employment history with multi-year tenures in similar roles.
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with SAP Business One (SAP B1)
- Strong knowledge of GAAP, cost accounting, and inventory management.
- Associate degree required; business/accounting coursework preferred.
- 5+ years of bookkeeping/accounting experience in a manufacturing or tech-manufacturing environment.
