Master's degree in Occupational Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1+ year of Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
A school-based occupational therapy role is available from January 2026 through June 2026 in Framingham, MA, serving students from kindergarten through 12th grade. This contract position offers consistent, full-time work with a schedule of 5 days per week, totaling over 30 hours weekly.
This opportunity focuses on supporting a diverse student population, including early childhood, elementary, middle (grades 6-8), and high school (grades 9-12) settings. The role requires delivering occupational therapy services tailored to the developmental and educational needs of students across these age groups.
Key qualifications and requirements:
- Active state license in occupational therapy
- Experience working in school environments spanning K-12
- Ability to collaborate effectively with educators, parents, and other professionals
- Strong communication and documentation skills to track student progress and program effectiveness
Responsibilities include:
- Assessing student needs and developing individualized intervention plans
- Implementing therapeutic strategies within educational settings
- Monitoring and adjusting plans to support student success
