Job Description
At Ideal Lawn Care, you'll be trained to become a skilled lawn technician, creating beautiful lawns for homeowners to enjoy. You'll deliver expert treatments backed by Ideal Lawn Care proven methods, offering personalized care that produces lush, green lawns. With hands-on service and a customer-first mindset, you'll make a visible difference, building pride in every yard and progress in your career.
What You’ll Do
- Apply fertilizers and weed control treatments safely and precisely
- Diagnose lawn concerns and offer expert solutions during customer visits and calls
- Measure properties and provide quotes
- Drive to customer homes in a company vehicle and represent Ideal Lawn Care with pride
- Clean and inspect vehicles and equipment daily to keep operations smooth and safe
- Upsell services to current customers
What You’ll Bring
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Must be able to obtain a DOT medical card
- Ability to read work instructions
- Basic math skills for property measurements and product calculations
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail
- Reliable time management and commitment to punctuality
- Must be able to use CRM software after training

Physical Requirements
- Lift up to 50 lbs and operate equipment
