Job Summary:
The Sales Enablement Specialist supports the productivity and effectiveness of the sales organization by delivering the tools, resources, training, and content needed to optimize sales performance. This role works closely with sales, marketing, product, and operations teams to ensure consistent messaging, streamlined processes, and efficient onboarding and training. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and passionate about empowering sales teams to succeed.
Key Responsibilities:
Onboarding & Training Support
- Assist in developing and delivering onboarding programs for new sales team members.
- Maintain and update training materials, playbooks, SOPs, and system documentation.
- Facilitate regular training sessions and provide support for ongoing learning and development.
Content & Resource Management
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to create and organize sales collateral, tools, and resources.
- Ensure sales teams have access to current and accurate materials for every stage of the buyer journey.
- Manage content libraries and ensure content is easily accessible and effectively utilized.
Systems & Tools Enablement
- Provide user support and training for CRM and other sales-related systems (e.g., quoting tools, lead management platforms).
- Help troubleshoot and resolve user issues related to sales systems and processes.
- Assist in documenting best practices and user guides for systems and tools.
Sales Process Support
- Support the implementation of standardized sales processes and best practices.
- Assist in analyzing sales data to identify gaps in performance or process.
- Monitor usage of enablement tools and recommend optimizations.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work with Sales, Marketing, Product Management, and Sales Operations to ensure alignment across enablement efforts.
- Gather feedback from sales teams to improve enablement content, processes, and tools.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
· Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
· 2+ years of experience in sales, sales support, training, or a related role.
· Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and other sales productivity tools.
· Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
· Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
· A collaborative mindset and willingness to learn and adapt.

· Approximately 25% of time
Physical Requirements:
· Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
· Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
· Must be willing to travel as required.
· Must be able to communicate clearly both in person and virtually.
