Bachelor's or Master's degree in School Psychology, active School Psychologist license and minimum 1+ years School Psychologist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
A full-time school psychologist opportunity is available within a K-12 educational setting in North Adams, MA. This contract position offers a chance to support a diverse student population across multiple grade levels, providing essential psychological services to promote academic success and emotional well-being.
Responsibilities include:
- Conducting psychological assessments and evaluations for students K-12
- Collaborating with educators, parents, and administrators to develop intervention plans
- Delivering counseling and support services to students with a variety of needs
- Participating in meetings such as IEPs to advocate for student support and accommodations
- Assisting with crisis intervention and behavioral management strategies
Qualifications & Experience:
- Valid certification or licensure as a school psychologist
- Experience working within K-12 school settings
- Strong assessment and diagnostic skills
- Ability to manage multiple caseloads effectively
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Commitment to onsite work
Location: North Adams, MA
