We are seeking a detail-oriented, digitally focused, collaborative marketing associate as a Marketing Coordinator in our Manchester, NH office for our Retail Groups division. The Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for managing our members’ digital presence, ensuring their local listings are accurate, their online reputation stays strong, and their Promotions are executed seamlessly.

You’ll use cutting-edge marketing tools to help businesses get discovered on search engines, optimize their Google Business Profiles, and generate positive online reviews. You’ll also support the execution of member Promotions by coordinating participation details, preparing and sharing campaign assets, and collaborating with Brand, Web, Social, and Paid Digital teams to ensure content is launched accurately and on schedule across all platforms.

By keeping data accurate and analyzing performance, you’ll identify trends, develop creative strategies, and help members get the most out of their digital and promotional initiatives. In this role, you’ll work directly with members and internal teams to build and execute winning digital strategies that drive traffic, awareness, and engagement for their stores.

Our Marketing Coordinator will:

  • Work with members on reputation management by researching context and generating thoughtful responses to online reviews.
  • Review monthly Local Listing and Reputation reports from third-party platforms. Identify key data points and insights to discuss with members.
  • Use project management software to schedule, review, and track deliverables for member accounts.
  • Support and enhance the digital presence of our retail division members through inbound marketing tactics designed to attract, engage, and convert more customers.
  • Field and facilitate members’ inbound marketing requests.
  • Coordinate and support member Promotions by managing participation details, preparing and sharing campaign assets with cross-functional teams, and ensuring all digital content is properly delivered and uploaded to the appropriate platforms.
  • Support the Account Team with project work, marketing audits, and coverage needs when team members are out of the office.


Do our requirements match YOUR background?

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, Marketing or equivalent experience plus a minimum of 1-3 years of experience in marketing or account management.
  • Skilled in discussing broad or complex concepts and simplifying them into clear, concise, strategic messaging for easy consumption by target audiences across various formats and channels.
  • Experience with CMS platforms (like WordPress), Google Analytics and HTML is a plus.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Personal computer skills (Microsoft Office, inclusive of Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access and Outlook).
