We are a top-tier residential construction company seeking an experienced Site Superintendent to lead large-scale projects from groundbreaking through final delivery. This is an on-site leadership role responsible for driving safety, quality, scheduling, budget management, and client satisfaction to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily on-site operations, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and project specifications.
• Manage subcontractor and supplier contracts, ensuring timely delivery of materials and services.
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to guide project execution.
• Create and maintain detailed project schedules; coordinate workforce and resources to meet milestones.
• Utilize project management software for estimating, tracking, and documentation.
• Conduct routine site inspections, proactively addressing issues and maintaining progress.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and consultants to resolve design and construction challenges.
• Maintain accurate documentation, including daily logs, reports, and change orders.

Qualifications & Skills

• 5+ years of superintendent experience in residential and commercial construction.
• Expertise in blueprint reading and interpreting technical documentation.
• Experience with Trimble GPS equipment controls
• Strong project scheduling and multitasking abilities.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, Project, Excel, Word, Outlook
• In-depth knowledge of job site safety protocols and compliance standards.
• Excellent communication and team leadership skills.

Must Haves

• Experience in utility (sewer, water drainage) and earth work operations.
• Valid HE 2A license and a valid drivers license.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field.
• Advanced knowledge of industry-specific software tools.
