In Your Role as a Technical Maintenance Operator:
- Adopt and promote safe work procedures

- Proactively manage tasks independently
- Conduct precise troubleshooting and repairs on mechanical equipment
- Tackle site-wide technical problem-solving
- Engage in ongoing skill and technology development
- Utilize tech tools efficiently and handle machinery operations with expertise
- Perform exacting work, including welding and rigging duties
Qualifications Overview:
- At a minimum: High School Diploma or GED; Preferred: Technical/Vocational degree
- Preferred Experience: 4+ years in mechanical maintenance roles
- Preferred Knowledge: Millwright or precision mechanics experience
- Understanding of: Basic electrical systems, motors, and controls
- Language Skills: English proficiency for documentation, communication
- Physical Standards: Ability to lift up to 45 pounds, adherence to PPE requirements
