PROPERTY COORDINATOR
The Property Coordinator is a critical role at Inside Edge. The person in this role ensures that all of our properties are prepared to offer a superior guest experience. The role is multifaceted and requires both attention to detail and flexibility. An ideal candidate will be high-energy with the ability to multitask and self-motivate. Some customer service and basic computer skills are also necessary.
Part-time Seasonal Position - October 2025 - March 2026
Hours: Thursday - Sunday 9 AM - 5 PM
Job Responsibilities:
Systems Proficiency
· Notion
· Hostaway
Owner Relations
· Assist Lead Property Coordinator with pre-season inventories and quality checks of all properties
· Assist Lead Property Coordinator with owners on quality issues and/or items needed
· Assist Lead Property Coordinator with guest issues or maintenance issues in homes
Office Management
· Assist Lead Property Coordinator to order and organize supplies needed for properties
· Assist Lead Property Coordinator to order supplies needed for hospitality baskets
· Assist Lead Property Coordinator to create and install all branded signage for properties
Listing & Property Maintenance
· Occasional need to perform maintenance or back-up housekeeping duties
· Assist Lead Property Coordinator to ensure proper parking passes, pool passes, etc. are obtained for each property
· Assist Lead Property Coordinator to oversee lock box change out schedule and coordinate with Operations
· Perform pre and post stay inspections
Physical requirements:
· Ability to lift up to 30 lbs.
· Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time
· Willingness to work in multiple environments
· Reliable transportation
