Benefits & Verification Specialist


The Benefits & Verification Specialist plays a critical role in protecting revenue integrity by ensuring all therapy services are properly authorized, verified, and financially cleared prior to treatment. This position serves as the insurance clearance gatekeeper for all Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, and Speech Therapy referrals, ensuring accurate benefits verification, authorization procurement, and documentation attachment to claims prior to billing submission.

Patient Care Coordinator


The Patient Care Coordinator/Scheduler is responsible for ensuring that therapy visits are executed accurately, timely, and in compliance with physician orders and payer requirements. This role directly impacts patient satisfaction, clinical continuity, compliance, and company revenue by managing scheduling workflows, follow-ups, documentation completion, and patient communication.

We're Looking For Individuals With:

  • Proven experience in customer service with direct client-facing experience, preferably in a BPO setting
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Versatility in managing inquiries via email, chat, phone, and other platforms
  • Adaptability and ability to thrive in fast-paced environments
  • Flexibility to work in voice, non-voice, or blended programs
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, with at least average skills in MS Excel
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities, with some technical aptitude
  • Ability to work independently and reliably with minimal supervision
  • Commitment to completing all required initial training
  • Willingness to work on shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays

  • Prior authorization experience required.
  • Highly personable, friendly, confident, and professional communication style.
  • Strong analytical and report-review capabilities.

  • Strong Excel proficiency and Microsoft Teams communication skills required.
  • High attention to detail and documentation accuracy.
  • Ability to meet deadlines and manage high-volume workflows.
  • Experience with payer portals, EMRs
