Job DescriptionEXECUTIVE ASSISTANT
- Effectively maintain and manage the calendar of the President through activities such as scheduling appointments and meetings, preparing and providing reminders, managing competing and/or urgent requests, and helping to prioritize the President’s time and attention.
- Support organizational scheduling needs for the President’s direct reports on external, leadership team, or large format meetings.
- Arrange domestic and international travel, including transportation and accommodations for the President. Support limited travel needs for other staff, as assigned.
- Contribute to the success of meetings and engagements involving the President by creating and distributing meeting agendas, presentations, and materials, preparing the President, facilitating (as requested), organizing and escalating priorities, and other such duties.
- Coordinate, track and document initiatives and outcomes. Proactively report on metrics/progress to various stakeholders, including the President.
- Identify problems and opportunities, recommending and helping to implement corresponding solutions and initiatives.
- Support, design and deliver excellent communications, including to the Board of Directors and on the behalf of the President to external leaders.
- Facilitate collaboration across internal and external stakeholders, as appropriate.
- Build and maintain relationships, demonstrating excellent interpersonal skills, which enhance project outcomes and team culture.
- Compile, maintain, and distribute certain correspondence or important documents, including sensitive materials, with utmost discretion & confidentiality.
- Maintaining office operations and supplies, including but not limited to: supply and food ordering, vendor/facilities management, office renovation projects, and other
- Other ad hoc support for the President and executive team, as required.
WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- 7+ years or more of administrative or executive assistant experience. Senior-level executive operations experience and project management preferred.
- Demonstrated experience in communicating and interacting with executive-level personnel to share, inform, improve, and maintain open dialogue.
- Highly organized and detail oriented.
- Positive, flexible attitude with desire to pick up and drive projects to completion in a timely manner. Possesses not only the ability to manage your time effectively and stay on task but also influence others to do the same.
- Excellent communications and relationship-building skills.
- Outstanding interpersonal and creative problem-solving skills; proven track record for working well across teams and with a variety of stakeholders.
- Ability to manage complex meeting schedules and communications amongst multiple stakeholders from varied audiences.
- Successful track record in project/program ownership.
- Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Hospitality/travel and sports industry experience a plus.
- Experience working in large scale events or similar industry preferred.
WORK EXPECTATIONS
Full-time, 40hr/wk position based onsite at our Foxboro, MA offices. The role will require working some weekends and nights, and longer work hours surrounding tournament delivery and certain President engagements. Limited local travel required. The role will conclude in late Fall of 2026.

ABOUT THE ROLE
FIFA World Cup Boston 2026 is seeking an individual who is highly organized, proactive and an excellent collaborator. Someone possessing a can-do attitude, with the ability to proactively anticipate what needs to be done and ensure its execution, at all levels of the organization, while representing the organization and Office of the President (Host City Officer) in a positive manner. The individual will report to the President and have an opportunity to complete high-impact projects that have the potential to influence our organization and industry.
