Job Summary: The Controller will lead financial planning, reporting, budgeting, and analysis across all locations, providing actionable insights to drive profitability and streamline operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage budgets and forecasts.
- Perform variance analysis and project sales.
- Prepare financial reports and analyze P&L statements.
- Monitor food, beverage, and labor costs.
- Ensure compliance with financial policies and assist with audits.
- Develop financial models for new store openings and evaluate marketing campaigns.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
- 3–6 years of finance experience, ideally in the restaurant or hospitality industry.
- Strong understanding of restaurant economics and advanced Excel skills.
- Ability to communicate financial concepts to non-finance stakeholders.
