Aroma Joe’s of the Wrentham Outlets is looking for enthusiastic, friendly Baristas to join our team! Baristas are responsible for crafting high-quality drinks, delivering fast and upbeat customer service, and creating a positive experience for every guest in our high-energy, drive-thru–focused environment.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve coffee, espresso drinks, AJ’s Rush® energy drinks, teas, and food items
- Provide fast, friendly, and accurate service to all customers
- Take orders and handle cash and card transactions
- Work efficiently in a fast-paced setting
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations and equipment
- Follow Aroma Joe’s recipes, procedures, and food safety standards
- Restock supplies and assist with opening and closing duties
- Work as a team to ensure smooth daily operations
Qualifications
- Customer service or barista experience preferred, but not required
- Positive attitude and strong communication skills
- Ability to multitask and stay focused in a busy environment
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
- Willingness to learn and follow company standards
