Job Description

As a Property Maintenance Technician, you will ensure our properties' overall upkeep and maintenance. Responsibilities include general repairs, painting, and coordination with contractors as necessary. The role will also require an on-call rotation that is shared between the maintenance techs.


Monthly auto allowance, + gas is paid. Health Insurance, 401(k), paid time off!!

Compensation:

$25 - $35 hourly

Responsibilities:

  • Establish and implement preventative maintenance protocols to keep equipment operations smooth and eliminate safety risks
  • Conduct routine maintenance on equipment and systems such as HVAC units, plumbing fixtures, and electrical wiring to make sure they’re operating efficiently and make any needed repairs
  • Record when any equipment was serviced and repairs were made
  • Take additional maintenance requests as assigned
  • Inspect the building for any structural damage to windows, doors, walls, and perform necessary repairs

Qualifications:

Requirements:

  • Previous Maintenance Experience Preferred
  • Essential tools for maintenance tasks
  • Mechanically inclined
  • Proficiency in carpentry, light plumbing, and electrical work is strongly desired
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
  • Ability to manage changing and/or competing priorities
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
