As a consultant, you'll talk to homeowners about the benefits of solar, obtain a copy of their electric bill, send it on over to us and earn when our solar sales professionals close the deal. What Success Looks Like

• You consistently generate qualified homeowner leads and obtain their electric bill.
• You're able to lightly educate homeowners on the benefits of going solar (you don't have to know too much, just possess superficial knowledge of the subject, we do the rest of the work to close the sale).
• You build a sustainable pipeline by leveraging your existing network or community.
• You earn commissions ranging from $60,000 to $300,000+ per year, based on performance.

Qualifications

• MUST reside in the United States.
• Strong network of homeowners or local connections is a big plus (excellent opportunity for real estate agents or those with a network of homeowners).
• Prior solar sales experience is highly desirable.
• Self-motivated and disciplined with an entrepreneurial spirit.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Comfort with digital tools and remote communication platforms.
• Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule.
• Passion for renewable energy and sustainable living.
