Job Summary

Our team is growing and we are looking for an A team player to take on the role of new client acquisition advisor. As a Financial Planner at Arcadia, you serve as the primary advisor responsible for converting warm, pre-qualified opportunities into long-term Family Office relationships. This is a sales and service role focused on onboarding new clients sourced through Arcadias marketing engine, referrals, workshops, and seminars.

You are not responsible for cold calling or self-generating leads. All prospects are warm and have expressed interest prior to engagement.

Your primary responsibility is to clearly articulate and deliver The Arcadia Way positioning our collaborative Family Office model as the ideal solution for the millionaire next door. You will lead prospective clients through discovery, present comprehensive planning strategies, and guide them confidently through the decision to engage Arcadia.

This position offers a competitive base salary plus commission structure aligned with new client revenue generation.

Key Responsibilities

Lead New Client Discovery & Conversion

  • Conduct in-depth discovery meetings with warm, qualified prospects.
  • Identify client goals, pain points, and financial complexity.
  • Guide prospects through a structured consultative sales process.
  • Convert opportunities into long-term Arcadia Family Office relationships.

Sell the Arcadia Family Office Experience

  • Clearly articulate Arcadias collaborative, tax-integrated, and planning-driven model.
  • Demonstrate the value of coordinated wealth, tax, and estate strategy.
  • Position Arcadia as the trusted advisor for the millionaire next door.
  • Overcome objections with confidence and clarity.

Develop Comprehensive Financial Strategies for Prospects

  • Build and present customized financial plans aligned with prospect goals.
  • Incorporate investment strategy, retirement modeling, tax strategy, and estate considerations.
  • Present solutions in a way that is strategic, clear, and compelling.

Drive Revenue Growth

  • Consistently achieve and exceed new revenue targets.
  • Maintain strong close ratios and efficient pipeline movement.
  • Collaborate with leadership to improve conversion strategies and client acquisition processes.

Transition Clients for Ongoing Service

  • Ensure smooth onboarding and handoff to internal advisory and client service teams.
  • Maintain high standards of professionalism during the onboarding process.
  • Document client plans and agreements accurately and compliantly.

Collaborate Across Internal Teams

  • Partner with tax, estate planning, and client service teams to ensure seamless onboarding.
  • Coordinate with internal planning and operations teams to prepare proposals and strategy presentations.
  • Uphold Arcadias high-touch, white-glove service standards.

Compliance & Professional Standards

  • Maintain adherence to all regulatory requirements and internal compliance policies.
  • Ensure accurate documentation of recommendations and client agreements.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field required.
  • CFP designation strongly preferred.
  • Series 65 required.
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in financial planning, wealth management, or consultative advisory sales.
  • Proven ability to close new client relationships and drive revenue growth.
  • Strong presentation skills with the ability to confidently lead strategy conversations.
  • Deep understanding of comprehensive financial planning principles.
  • Experience working within an RIA environment preferred.
  • High emotional intelligence and strong consultative communication skills.
  • Ability to operate independently while thriving in a collaborative team structure.


The role is available for full time employment in our Manchester NH headquarters or in our Andover MA office. The role does require time spent in both offices. Training / onboarding period is conducted in Manchester head quarters.
