Qualifications:
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Special Education or related field.
- Valid state teaching certification in Special Education.
- Demonstrated experience in case management, preferably with mild to moderate needs.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to develop Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and implement them effectively.
- Experience working with multidisciplinary teams.
Location:
- Hanover, NH, a charming town close to outdoor recreational activities such as skiing, hiking, and kayaking.
Responsibilities:
- Manage a caseload of 25-35 students, providing guidance and support in their educational journeys.
- Develop, implement, and monitor IEPs, ensuring that each student's unique needs are met.
- Collaborate with educators, support staff, and families to create a comprehensive support system.
- Provide direct services and consultative support as required by students IEPs.
- Maintain accurate documentation of student progress and case management activities.
- Engage with students in a positive and inclusive learning environment.
