Bachelor's or Master's degree in School Psychology, active School Psychologist license and minimum 1+ years School Psychologist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
This full-time, leave replacement position in a K-12 public school setting requires a licensed School Psychologist licensed in Massachusetts. The role offers an opportunity to provide essential psychological services during a maternity leave. The contract position is based in Braintree, MA, with a Monday through Friday schedule.
Key Qualifications:
- Valid Massachusetts School Psychologist License (MA PSYCH License)
- Experience working with K-12 students in school psychology services
- Ability to conduct assessments, interpret results, and provide recommendations
- Knowledge of special education laws and procedures
- Strong communication skills to collaborate with educators, parents, and staff
Responsibilities:
- Administer psychological assessments and interpret findings
- Develop Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) in collaboration with teams
- Provide consultation and counseling services to students
- Support behavioral intervention planning and implementation
- Participate in multidisciplinary meetings and maintain detailed records
