Pay: $22-24
Location: Watertown, MA
We’re looking for an Inventory Specialist to keep our operations running smoothly. In this role, you’ll be the backbone of our production process—managing inventory, organizing parts, and ensuring everything is where it needs to be for efficient assembly.
What You’ll Do
- Receive and verify incoming shipments, checking for accuracy and quality.
- Maintain real-time inventory records using ERP or tracking systems.
- Stage and deliver materials to production areas based on schedules.
- Assemble kits for builds, reworks, and upgrades so technicians have everything they need.
- Manage returns, defective parts, and rework items with proper tagging.
- Keep storage areas organized, labeled, and accessible.
- Prepare outgoing shipments with accurate packaging and documentation.
- Perform cycle counts and resolve discrepancies to maintain inventory accuracy.
- Be the go-to resource for technicians and engineers when parts are needed.
- Suggest process improvements to make inventory workflows more efficient.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in inventory control or warehouse operations.
- Familiarity with ERP/MRP systems (SAP, NetSuite, etc.).
- Ability to operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts).
- Strong attention to detail and data entry skills.
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles is a plus.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $26.00/hr.
