What You’ll Do
As our Fulfillment Associate, you’ll be on the front lines of our fulfillment operation—picking, packing, and shipping items with precision and pride.
You’ll:
- Accurately pick and pack orders to keep our customers happy
- Navigate our digital tools to track inventory and process shipments
- Embrace new tech that helps us fulfill smarter and faster
- Keep an eye on quality, making sure every order meets our standards
- Use shipping software to print labels and prep packages
- Support your team to meet daily goals and boost efficiency
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace
- Join training sessions to stay up to date on procedures and innovations
What We’re Looking For
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- Prior warehouse experience is a plus—but not required
- Strength to lift packages and stamina to be on your feet (you’ll move a lot!)
- Detail-driven and proud of getting things right the first time
- Friendly and proactive team player
- Comfort with tech—scanners, apps, and warehouse software
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed
