Job SummaryThe Senior Product Manager plays a critical role in defining, prioritizing, and delivering product features that provide measurable business value throughout the product lifecycle. This role collaborates across teams to understand customer needs, develop product vision and roadmaps, drive PI/TI planning, and ensure solutions are feasible, sustainable, and aligned with strategic themes. The Senior Product Manager serves as the ultimate product authority, owning the product backlog and approving program-level and iteration objectives.Key Responsibilities

  • Own creation, prioritization, and management of product features using a structured backlog; define “Definition of Done” and facilitate work flow at the Program layer.
  • Partner with the Portfolio layer to ensure work cascades effectively to the PO and team level; drive and approve PI/TI iteration and sprint objectives.
  • Lead strategic themes and roadmaps supporting full product lifecycle, including rolling wave planning.
  • Ensure Value Streams deliver feasible, sustainable products and solutions aligned with business objectives.
  • Prioritize and clarify enabler work to ensure alignment with business value delivery.
  • Actively participate in and support ART ceremonies when part of an Agile Release Train.
  • Review system demos to ensure alignment with expected scope and business value.
  • Identify, track, and manage Program risks and feature-level metrics.
  • Identify key customers and stakeholders; represent business value needs, validate solutions, and support creation of product vision.
  • Work with Epic Owners to build or manage Lean Business Cases for Epics.
  • Provide oversight of product financials, ensuring adherence to budgets and accurate tracking.
  • Develop customer-centric ROI models and feature prioritization strategies.
  • Support product processes involving Architecture, Legal, Compliance, Client&P, and vendor partners.
  • Manage vendor relationships, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with product goals.
  • Drive innovation throughout the product lifecycle.
  • Participate in RFP review and SOW creation processes.
  • Conduct customer satisfaction surveys, analyze insights, and prioritize improvements, defect resolutions, and enhancements.
  • Work effectively across all organizational levels, understanding roles and responsibilities within Agile frameworks.

Required Experience / Qualifications

  • SAFe Agile experience
  • Proficiency in Agile tools, preferably Jira
  • Retail store experience
  • Workforce Management (WFM) experience

Nice-to-Have Experience / Qualifications

  • Tool experience: Kronos, WorkJam
  • Experience supporting integrations across multiple systems
  • Strong understanding of Agile and Lean-Agile principles
