- Prospect and generate leads through cold calling, networking, social media, and marketing campaigns
- Spend at least 25% of your time on the road meeting prospects (no overnight travel)
- Manage the full sales cycle: lead generation → presentations → negotiations → closing
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive repeat business
- Collaborate with recruiters to ensure client needs are met
- Represent WSS at networking events, trade shows, and business expos
- Consistently hit and exceed sales goals
What We’re Looking For
- 2+ years of recent B2B sales experience (staffing industry not required)
- Proven success in cold calling and new business development
- Hunter mentality: self-motivated, persistent, and driven to win
- Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills
- Ability to commute daily to Lowell, MA and travel locally to clients
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
- Must be able to pass a background check and clear driving record
