Responsibilities:
• Greet visitors and clients warmly, ensuring a positive first impression.
• Manage and operate a multi-line phone system to efficiently direct inbound calls.
• Handle switchboard operations with 1 to 10 lines, ensuring prompt and accurate call routing.
• Provide clear and effective communication in both English and another language.
• Assist with general administrative tasks to support office functionality.
• Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
• Respond to inquiries and provide accurate information about services or processes.
• Coordinate and schedule appointments as needed.
• Uphold confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions.• Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar role.
• Proficiency in operating multi-line phone systems and handling inbound calls.
• Bilingual fluency, with strong communication skills in English and another language.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a busy environment.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with basic office equipment and software.
• Availability to work part-time hours as required.
