We're seeking an experienced Sous Chef to serve as the right hand to our Executive Chef in our established, smooth-running kitchen operation. Our sports-focused restaurant specializes in creative casual cuisine—wings, burgers, pizza, craft cocktails, and local beers. With two unique bars and a fun, casual atmosphere, we cater to guests of all ages while maintaining our commitment to exceptional food and outstanding service.
The Role
As Sous Chef, you'll take a hands-on leadership role in our culinary operations, working five days a week, including Sunday brunch and private events. You'll gain valuable experience in:
- Product ordering and inventory management
