Schulte Staffing Solutions is seeking anexperienced Shipper/Receiverto join a busy and growing production team near Lynn, Ma. If you enjoy staying active, keeping things organized, and working in a fast-paced environment, this could be a great long-term fit!
Working Hours and Pay Rate:
<ul>
<li>Monday-Friday</li>
<li>6:00 AM–2:30 PM or 8:00 AM–4:30 PM</li>
<li>$20.00 - $24.00/hr based on experience</li>
</ul>
Key Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Receive, inspect, and organize incoming materials and parts</li>
<li>Prepare and package outgoing shipments accurately and efficiently</li>
<li>Safely operate a pallet jack and forklift</li>
<li>Maintain a clean, organized, and safe shipping/receiving area</li>
<li>Perform regular heavy lifting (30–40 lbs.)</li>
<li>Assist with inventory control and general warehouse tasks as needed</li>
</ul>
Requirements:
<ul>
<li>1–2 years of shipping, receiving, or general warehouse experience</li>
<li>Experience operating a forklift and pallet jack</li>
<li>Familiarity with inventory management, ERP systems, logistics software such as FedEx, UPS, DHL and basic computer skills.</li>
<li>Strong attention to detail and reliable work ethic</li>
<li>Ability to lift 30–40 lbs. consistently</li>
<li>Bilingual in English/Spanish is aplus</li>
<li>Team player with a positive attitude</li>
