We are seeking experienced Snow Plow Operators to join our team for the upcoming winter season. The ideal candidates are responsible, safety-oriented, and capable of operating snow removal equipment efficiently during all weather conditions.
Responsibilities:
- Safely operate snow plow trucks and related equipment to clear snow from commercial and residential properties
- Apply de-icing materials as needed
- Monitor weather conditions and be available for on-call shifts during snow events
- Perform pre- and post-shift inspections of vehicles and equipment
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and property managers
Qualifications:
- Minimum [1+] years of snow plow experience preferred
- Valid driver’s license
- Strong understanding of safe snow removal practices
- Ability to work long or irregular hours depending on weather conditions
- Dependable and punctual with a strong work ethic
Compensation:
- Competitive hourly pay (based on experience)
- Potential for overtime
- Company equipment provided
Schedule:
- On-call during snow events
- Seasonal position (with potential for year-round employment in exterior cleaning)
