We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Forklift Operator for our Bakery Manufacturing Facility.

Key Responsibilities

• Load and unload goods from trucks and containers

• Transport materials to designated areas within the warehouse

• Stack and organize products on pallets and shelves

• Inspect forklifts daily and report any maintenance needs

• Secure loads before transportation to prevent damage

• Use RF scanners to track inventory and shipments

• Assist with inventory counts and order picking

• Maintain a clean and safe working environment

• Follow safety protocols and company procedures

Skills & Qualifications

* 2+ years Forklift experience

• High school diploma or GED preferred

• Strong hand-eye coordination and spatial awareness

• Ability to lift heavy items and work on your feet for long periods

• Familiarity with warehouse management systems and RF scanners

• Good communication and teamwork skills

• Attention to detail and safety-conscious mindset

Work Conditions

• Fast-paced warehouse environment

• May involve working in varying temperatures

• Requires use of personal protective equipment (PPE)
