Bachelor's or Master's degree in School Psychology, active School Psychologist license and minimum 1+ years School Psychologist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A full-time Licensed Massachusetts Psychologist position is available in a high school setting located in Springfield, MA. This contract role extends through June 25, 2026, providing vital psychological services to support students academic and emotional well-being.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive psychological evaluations and assessments to identify student needs.
• Develop and implement individualized intervention plans addressing behavioral, social, and emotional challenges.
• Collaborate with educators, families, and other professionals to support student success.
• Conduct crisis intervention and facilitate referrals to appropriate community resources.
• Maintain accurate documentation and comply with state regulations.

Qualifications:

• Active Massachusetts Psychologist license is mandatory; submissions must include a license screenshot.
• Proven experience in school-based psychology, preferably within high school environments.
• Strong knowledge of child development, learning disabilities, and mental health issues affecting adolescents.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with students, staff, and families.
• Reliability in attendance and transportation is essential.

Location: Springfield, MA High School Setting
Duration: Contract through June 25, 2026
Schedule: Full-Time, 35 hours per week
