Our Casual Package Delivery Drivers are the heartbeat of UPS. They drive our iconic brown trucks, bringing joy and convenience to our customers. If you love being outdoors, enjoy a fast-paced environment, and thrive behind the wheel, this role is perfect for you!
What You’ll Do:
- Safely deliver packages to residential and business locations.
- Lift packages weighing up to 70 lbs.
- Adhere to company guidelines while maintaining excellent customer service.
- Work flexible shifts, with full-time hours ranging from 8 to 10 hours per day.
What We’re Looking For:
- A valid driver’s license (no CDL required, varies by state).
- Ability to pass the DOT physical.
- Strong customer service and driving skills.
- Legal right to work in the U.S.
- Willingness to comply with UPS appearance guidelines and wear the company-provided uniform.

Note: This is a seasonal role, but it’s a fantastic way to start your career at UPS. Many seasonal drivers transition into permanent positions, which offer an average total compensation package of $145,000 per year, including:
- $0 healthcare premiums.
- Up to seven weeks of paid vacation.
- Paid time off for holidays, sick leave, and option days.
- Contributions to a defined-benefit pension plan.
