Our client a food manufacturer in Woburn, MA is looking for a Part Time Customer Service Representative on a temp to hire basis. The ideal candidate must have great oral and written communication skills, a strong data entry skill set and experience using Microsoft Office. This would be 25-30 hour/week position, Monday through Friday allowing for a flexible schedule and it could start immediately after a quick interview process.
The main job functions will include the following:
- Process sales order.
- Interact and build relationship with customers, who are mostly repeat customers, to build up sales.
- Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns.
- Handle paperwork inquiries and requests from customers.
- Maintain electronic and hard copy filing system and other clerical duties.
- Communicate and follow up with other departments.
- Take care of other assigned work as needed.
