Job Description: This position is primarily responsible for strategic organization and implementation of sales department trade shows, training events, and customer visits. This position also assists the Purchasing Department.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Hospitality support for the Sales Team
- Assist with other departments with similar needs as time permits
- Develop a working knowledge of product base
- Assist with training programs alongside the Sales Team
- Scheduling, set up and tear down of internal training events
- Administer trade show events, including registration, service contracts, equipment ordering, etc.
- Regular face-to-face, email and telephone communication with vendors, internal customers, and colleagues
- Purchasing and usage tracking of supply materials
- Fulfill and mail marketing materials to external sales teams and customers
- Help to develop marketing collateral to support meetings, trainings, and presentations
- Maintain and cultivate our online social medial existence across many platforms, keeping in theme with company branding and image

Qualifications Required:
- Excellent communication skills, with a demonstrated commitment to the highest standard of quality
- Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Elevated level of organization including attention to detail and ability to shift between tasks as priorities change
- Cheerful outlook and desire to succeed as part of a team
- Commitment to maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills
- Able to work and interact professionally and effectively with customers, and co-workers
- Reliability as demonstrated through attendance and self-motivation.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. occasionally.
- Some travel may be necessary
