JOB DESCRIPTION
Purpose:
Support the activities and projects of the National Sales Department. Contributes to the efficient Masis operations by performing their duties accurately and on time.
Role and Responsibilities
- Provide high-level administrative support.
- Complete ownership of national new client BH activities entry of new clients, processing through new client, CRA creation, job order entry, etc.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and dashboards related to sales performance, KPIs, and operational metrics.
- Assist with meeting preparation, client development/expansion, national client onboarding, and rollout
- Manage follow-ups on key action items, ensuring timely completion of projects for national sales and operations.
- Handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism.
- Track project timelines and deliverables related to sales campaigns, operations plans/planning, etc.
- Assist in creating and editing sales files in CRM. Assist in creating proposals, client materials, client onboarding, etc.
- RFP completion support.
- Support in client/vendor coordination, and basic sales/customer service tasks as needed.
- Update Monthly Reporting (client spend, trends, etc.).
- Assist with Client QBR creation and data integrity.
- Manage and organize client files, including processing through new Client processes (credit processing, compliance support, etc.
- Maintain records of sales performance, KPIs, and pipeline activity using CRM tools.
- Assist in the creation and submission of sales proposals, RFPs, and contract documents.
- Help drive special projects and initiatives assigned by executive leadership.
- Meets or exceeds safety standard goals established by the Risk Department.
- Performs other duties as requested.
Qualifications and Education Requirements
- 2+ years of experience supporting executive leadership, preferably in sales or operations.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word); CRM and ERP systems experience is a plus (e.g., BullHorn, VMS Platforms).
- Outstanding organizational and time-management skills.
- VMS knowledge Fieldglass, Beeline, VNDLY, SimpleVMS, etc.
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment.
- Discretion in handling sensitive and confidential information.

Additional Notes
Routine office environment and various customer location visits. May require an extended daily work schedule, occasional weekends, and travel.
