We are building a high-performance sales team to fuel our next stage of growth and are seeking a proven Sales Manager to lead the charge.

Role Overview
We are looking for a Sales Manager with extensive experience in service-based industries and a proven track record of driving revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have experience leading and scaling inside and outside sales teams while leveraging Salesforce to streamline operations and maximize efficiency. This is a high-impact leadership role with significant opportunity to grow alongside the company.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, manage, and mentor a team of 6+ inside and outside sales representatives, with the ability to scale as the company grows.
- Develop and execute strategies to expand market share and achieve revenue goals.
- Manage and optimize Salesforce CRM for pipeline management, forecasting, and team accountability.
- Establish performance metrics, KPIs, and reporting dashboards to track team success.
- Drive a culture of accountability, motivation, and continuous improvement.
- Partner with marketing, operations, and executive leadership to align strategies with company objectives.
- Recruit, train, and onboard new representatives as the team expands.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of sales leadership experience in a service-based industry (portable sanitation, construction services, logistics, or related fields preferred).
- Proven experience managing a team of 6+ sales reps (inside and outside).
- Strong proficiency with Salesforce CRM and data-driven sales management.
- Demonstrated success in building and scaling sales teams to meet aggressive growth targets.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to execute at both tactical and organizational levels.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable in a fast-paced growth environment.
