Salary Range: $120 Per Day Rate
Job Description:
We are seeking reliable and adaptable Middle School Daily Substitute Teachers to join our team. The ideal candidates will effectively manage classroom environments, implement lesson plans, and maintain continuity of instruction during the absence of regular classroom teachers.

Key Responsibilities:

Implement lesson plans provided by the regular teacher to ensure consistent instruction.

Maintain classroom management and discipline in accordance with school policies.

Adapt to various teaching assignments and grade levels as needed.

Communicate any pertinent information or feedback to school administrators.
Qualifications:

Education: Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent; an Associate's or Bachelor's degree is preferred.

Experience: Prior experience in a classroom setting or working with children is advantageous.

Skills: Strong classroom management abilities, effective communication skills, and adaptability to different educational environments.
Additional Requirements:

Background check and fingerprinting as required by Massachusetts regulations.

Completion of any required training or certifications upon hire, including first aid, CPR, and behavior management training.

Compensation and Benefits:
Temporary Part-Time Position in accordance with the established Substitute Teacher Scale. This position is not eligible for any Benefits.
