Bachelor's or Master's degree in Special Education, active Special Education Teacher license and minimum 1+ years Special Education Teacher experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
A full-time Case Manager position is available within a K-12 school environment located in Nashua, NH, providing vital support to students with special education needs. This contract role offers an opportunity to work onsite, managing a manageable caseload in a supportive educational setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as Case Manager coordinating services for approximately 12-14 students from kindergarten through 9th grade.
- Deliver small group instruction focusing on reading, writing, and math to support student learning.
- Collaborate with educators, families, and specialists to develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).
- Maintain detailed records and ensure compliance with all special education regulations.
- Monitor student progress and adjust strategies to meet individual student needs.
Qualifications:
- Valid Special Education Teacher certification.
- Experience working with children grades K-9 in special education settings.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to effectively manage a small caseload.
- Commitment to onsite work schedule.
Location:
- Kingston, NH. The role requires full-time onsite attendance, 35 hours per week.
