TSC EcoSolutions is a national leader in the dental recycling industry. We are looking for Territory Sales Representatives to call on dental offices across northern New England (Greater Boston, NH, VT, and ME) in order to purchase their dental scrap which will then be recycled.
The position is contract (1099) and pay is full commission (no base salary). Long-term earnings potential is tremendous, but this is a business that grows over time and with consistency. Our top producing reps that have been with us for 5+ years are earning between $100,000 and $300,000. Our newer reps generally earn between $2,500 and $5,000 per month with income growth every year. Our full-time reps generally work Monday through Thursday and enjoy a three-day weekend.
Sales experience is not necessary but may be helpful. We have found that our most successful reps possess certain qualities including honesty, a strong work ethic, independence, self-motivation and drive, kindness, professionalism, and entrepreneurship. This is not a hard or pushy sales job, but a long-term relationship-building job.
