Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated leader who will serve as a steward of our CCBHC mission, ensuring that adults in our community receive comprehensive, person-centered behavioral health services. This role champions integrated care, access, and recovery-focused practices while fostering collaboration across teams and community partners.

To provide overall administrative and clinical leadership of programs that serve a particular clientele and/or level of care. To be responsible for the implementation and ongoing monitoring of evidence-based practices within the populations served by their divisions, and for the effective utilization of resources to meet the program goals of their division. Directors often have multiple direct reports including front line supervisors. Directors also have responsibility for contributing to a statewide system improvement through collaboration with other community mental health center program directors.

Key Responsibilities:

· Champion the CCBHC model by ensuring fidelity to evidence-based practices and integrated care standards.

· Act as a steward for adult services, safeguarding quality, accessibility, and cultural responsiveness.

· Build and nurture partnerships with community organizations to strengthen the continuum of care.

· Lead with accountability, ensuring compliance with CCBHC requirements and state/federal regulations.

· Ensure programs have adequate staffing. Supervises medical staff and program coordinators.

· Hires, trains, supervises, evaluates, and terminates medical, supervisory, and clinical staff.

· Develop written reports and submits to government officials, funders, senior leaders, and others.

· Collaborates with peers in similar roles in other CMHCs and represents MHCGM in statewide meetings.

· Monitors program adherence to evidence-based practice fidelity measures and implement corrections as needed to maintain fidelity.

· Directs resources to meet program financial requirements, program goals, and quality measures

· Reviews reports of key operating measures and implement any corrections as indicated.

· Commitment to whole-person care and reducing barriers to behavioral health services

· Performs other duties as assigned.

Requirements:


Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

· Knowledge of CCBHC standards and integrated care models preferred.

· Must have organizational, written, and verbal skills.

· Basic computer experience required.

· Successful candidates will be organized self-starters who enjoy working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Experience:

At least 5 years of related experience


Education:

Master's Degree in a related field

Salary Range: $92,622 - $115,778
