Location: Bedford, MA
Pay Rate: $27 - $31 per hour
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Job Type: Temp-to-Perm

Key Responsibilities

  • Source, screen, and interview candidates for a wide range of positions to meet client hiring needs.

  • Conduct phone interviews, ensuring a professional and positive candidate experience.

  • Facilitate the onboarding process, ensuring compliance and timely completion of all required documentation.

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for associates, providing ongoing support and guidance.

  • Manage weekly payroll processes to ensure accurate and timely submissions.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with both client contacts and associates to drive satisfaction and retention.

  • Conduct regular safety walks to promote and ensure a safe work environment.

  • Coordinate and lead new hire orientations for incoming associates.

  • Assist with billing, payroll, and invoicing functions as needed.

  • Track and report onsite program metrics, supporting Quarterly and Annual Business Reviews with the client.

  • Handle other related tasks and special projects as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Recruiting experience required; onsite staffing experience strongly preferred.

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through.

  • Ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and the ability to quickly learn new systems.

Pay Details: $28.00 to $31.00 per hour
