We are a Small Business Government Contractor and the founder is a service-disabled veteran with years of successful experience in the Government contracting arena. Our leadership team is an exceptional group of Government contracting professionals. gTANGIBLE is in the process of identifying candidates for the following position.

Position Title: Education and Training Support Specialist
Location: Hanscom AFB, MA

Duties and Responsibilities
The Education and Training Support Specialist supports the Education and Training function for Hanscom Air Force Base (HAFB), tenant units, and geographically separated units (GSU). Duties include the following:
- Provide customer service and administrative support by providing customer service, administrative support, formatting and suspense tracking, correspondence management, and publication reviews;
- Support customer satisfaction surveys
- Maintain and provide customer service center support
- Perform files and correspondence maintenance;
- Establish and maintain continuity folders;
- Creating and submitting work load data, periodically;
- Support the government in maintaining classroom schedules for all E&TC classroom facilities;
- Support the administration of the civilian education and training program for serviced organizations by providing customer service;
- Support the administration of Air Force Institute of Technology School of Logistics (AFIT/LS) on-site classes;
- Act as E&TC Facility Manager to be the point of contact to Base Civil Engineering and ensure classroom environments are adequate and meet specifications, there is aafe access to the E&TC during periods of inclement weather; and that fire and safety inspections and drills occur IAW with guidance;
- Initiate all work orders to the Civil Engineering squadron and provide a work order summary report to the E&TC Director;
- Perform supply management by submitting all supply replenishment requests to the government
Knowledge and Qualifications
- Valid U.S, Driver's license
- Knowledge and experience providing quality customer service to Government employees, military personnel, contractors, and/or visitors.
- US military experience, preferred
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Possess organizational, personnel management, conflict resolution, and customer service skills and/or experience
- Fluently speak, comprehend, read, and write the English language with strong communication skills
- Off-duty Quality Assurance Evaluators who are managing any contracts or subcontracts awarded to gTANGIBLE are excluded from this position
- Experience with the Government automated system NexGen is a plus
