Position Overview:

As a Project Manager at Willco Sales and Service, you’ll play a pivotal role in managing multiple projects from inception to completion within our Chutes and Compactor division. Your responsibilities will include coordinating project logistics, communicating with stakeholders, and ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality results.

We are seeking a self-motivated individual with strong communication skills, a passion for delivering outstanding customer service, and proven experience in construction management. This is not an entry-level position—we need someone who can confidently lead projects, manage teams and subcontractors, and make informed decisions on-site without requiring extensive training in construction management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage multiple projects from booking through final completion, ensuring quality and timeliness
  • Request, review, submit, and track product drawings and submittals for approval
  • Order materials, coordinate deliveries, and manage freight logistics
  • Schedule and coordinate installation crews; monitor and adjust project timelines as needed
  • Maintain clear and consistent communication with manufacturers, suppliers, subcontractors, and customers
  • Proactively identify and resolve project issues to minimize delays and cost overruns
  • Ensure compliance with project specifications, safety standards, and company procedures

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in construction management, preferably in commercial or industrial settings
  • Proven experience managing multiple construction projects from start to finish
  • Strong knowledge of building systems, job site safety practices, and construction processes
  • Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and technical documents
  • Demonstrated ability to manage subcontractors, coordinate schedules, and resolve job site issues
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder coordination
  • Strong organizational and time management skills; able to manage competing priorities
  • Proficient in project management software and tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Procore, or similar)
  • Self-sufficient and requires minimal training or supervision in a construction management role
  • OSHA 30 certification or willingness to obtain it shortly after hire
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to job sites as needed
  • Experience with FTP sites is preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $90,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
