<li>Respond and complete residential service requests in a timely manner.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Prepare vacant apartments for market ready status through turn-over repairs and improvements.</li>
<li>Maintain cleaning and maintenance of grounds, including common areas.</li>
<li>Manages records of activity in maintenance log.</li>
<li>Demonstrate the ability to multitask and prioritize.</li>
<li>Provide residents with outstanding customer service.</li>
</ul>
 Required Qualifications: &nbsp;
<ul>
<li>At least 6 months of onsite experience</li>
<li>Valid D.L. Required</li>
<li>Have reliable transportation</li>
<li>Own tools necessary to perform maintenance duties</li>
<li>A/C certification is a Plus and Pays More</li>
</ul>
