Candidate Profile Who We're Looking For:

A minimum of a bachelors degree in Special Education or a closely related field (Masters preferred)

Active or in-process Massachusetts Special Education license
-
Previous experience working with students with varying needs in K12 settings

Strong skills in collaboration, communication, and co-teaching models

Demonstrated ability to write and implement effective IEPs

Commitment to inclusive education and student-focused strategies

Virtual interview with school district administrators (approximately 2030 minutes)
