Responsibilities:

  1. Respond to new leads promptly and professionally (speed to lead is key!).
  2. Build and nurture relationships with buyers and sellers to understand their unique needs.
  3. Conduct market consultations, listing presentations, and property showings.
  4. Negotiate contracts and oversee transactions from offer to closing.
  5. Commit to continuous learning through our training programs and team meetings.


Qualifications:

  1. Current Real Estate License (Required).
  2. Sales Mindset: You are self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable working on a commission basis.
  3. Excellent Communicator: You can build rapport quickly over the phone and in person.
  4. Tech-Savvy: You embrace new technology and are organized in your follow-up.
  5. Team Player: You want to be part of a winning culture.


Compensation:

  1. Pay: $48,226 - $196,492+ per year (Commission-based).
  2. Structure: Competitive splits with bonus opportunities.
