Job DescriptionRecertification Specialist – Affordable Housing
Location: Boston, MA 02128
Pay: $22–$23/hr DOE
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30am–5:00pm
Employment Type: Contract-to-Hire
Company: BGSF – Property Management Division
Use your affordable housing and administrative expertise to support a busy property management office. You’ll handle resident files, compliance tasks, and re‑certifications while keeping the community running smoothly.
Job Responsibilities
- To complete affordable housing annual re‑certifications
- To manage heavy administrative workload and resident files
- To maintain compliance with housing program requirements
- To support daily office operations and resident communication
- To assist with documentation, reporting, and data entry
Required Qualifications
- Experience in property management required
- Affordable housing and re‑certification experience required
- Strong administrative and organizational skills
- Ability to handle a fast-paced, detail-heavy workload
- Professional communication skills and reliability
